Requirements

• Education, licensure, certifications, and experience: Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).

• Must possess a current and valid Physical Therapy license.

• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $50 - $65/hr

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
