Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.
About the Role
Join Seneca Family of Agencies as a Crisis Therapist – $73K-$87K, Sign-On Bonus in United States. $2,000 sign on bonus for all new Seneca employee! The Crisis Therapist provides family-based mental health counseling, therapy, and case management services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical lead and work with the treatment team to provide crisis intervention and other mental health services as needed.
- Provide counseling, therapy, and case management services to ensure the successful transition of clients and their families to other community
- based resources.
- Participate in all treatment reviews, program staff meetings, and additional meetings when necessary.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.
- Eligible to register as a LMFT, LICSW, LMFTA, LSWAIC or LMHC in accordance with the Washington State Department of Health.
- Own vehicle; valid Washington Drivers License and insurability by Seneca's automobile insurance carrier.
- At least 21 years of age.

- 25 days PTO.
- PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
