About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a Speech Language Pathologist -Sunnyview Rehab Hospital Outpatient in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Formulates comprehensive treatment program by evaluating patients with cognitive linguistic disorders, communication disorders, dysphagia/swallowing disorders and voice/respiratory disorders.

Identify and refer patients for related services (audiology, vocational, medical as appropriate).

Assess patient's rehab needs through the continuum of care and provides appropriate disposition, equipment, education and treatment recommendations.

Completes all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, regulatory and facility's compliance standards.

Requirements

completed Clinical Fellowship year Certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association Pay Range: $37.

60 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.

The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $47.6/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
