Key Responsibilities
- Act as Responsible Pharmacist for Scientific Information for promotional materials and events: Prepare, submit & obtain approvals for Events Declarations.
- Prepare, submit & obtain approvals for promotional materials, ensuring compliance references and documentation.
- Communicate with various départements internally & Health authority externally to ensure Timely approvals.
- Support in the preparation of the release documentation & communication with the Importers Manage and operate the revision & approvals in Veritas system for promotional material and event workflows.
Requirements
- pack projects from regulatory and quality perspective (labeling, pack inserts). Manage history and hard
- on experience with promotional compliance processes (events declaration, PM approval workflows). Familiarity with HA processes and timelines in the local territory. Ability to work cross
- functionally with Marketing, QA, Legal and Supply Chain. Good financial acumen for fee handling and vendor payments
