Key Responsibilities
- Will Look Like Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team Provide culturally competent, family-centered care Complete case management consistent with quality assurance standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in team meetings and care coordination What You'll Need Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Colorado DORA SLP license, or eligible to obtain BLS/CPR certification Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice Pediatric experience preferred — CFY candidates and new grads welcome! Experience in multidisciplinary settings preferred Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily.
