About the Role

Join University Home Care Inc as a Homecare Occupational Therapist – Flexible in United States. OVERVIEW The Home Care Occupational Therapist provides direct occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. This role focuses on improving patients’ independence, safety, and ability to perform daily activities after illness, injury, surgery, or due to chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • home occupational therapy evaluations to assess functional status and safety needs
  • Develop individualized, patient
  • centered treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Deliver skilled therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, or OTD) from an accredited program
  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
  • NBCOT certification (if required by state)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily home visits

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
