Join our exceptional NE Philadelphia, Pennsylvania team as a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where your expertise is celebrated, and your impact is felt every day! This position is sign on bonus eligible!

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (including Functional Behavior Assessments) and skills as.

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy programs, while monitoring progress throug.

Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff,.

Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards.

Signing bonus: $1.

20 days PTO.

CME allowance: $1,000.

Candidates must possess Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D) and a Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for the assigned state(s). A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a BCBA working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required, along with proficiency in various assessment tools.
