About the Role

Join the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) providing full-spectrum ambulatory care in multiple North Metro clinic locations including Anschutz Medical Campus, Boulder, and Westminster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chronic disease management, acute and urgent care, wellness, and preventive care for adult and pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other health professionals.
  • Participate in educational and research activities.
  • No after-hours call pool participation.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
  • Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Colorado.
  • National certification by ANCC or AANP.
  • Minimum 3+ years FNP experience in ambulatory family medicine.
  • Comfortable with Epic EHR.
