About the Role

Join the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) providing full-spectrum ambulatory care in multiple North Metro clinic locations including Anschutz Medical Campus, Boulder, and Westminster.

Key Responsibilities

Provide chronic disease management, acute and urgent care, wellness, and preventive care for adult and pediatric patients.
Collaborate with medical staff and other health professionals.
Participate in educational and research activities.
No after-hours call pool participation.

Requirements

Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Colorado.
National certification by ANCC or AANP.
Minimum 3+ years FNP experience in ambulatory family medicine.
Comfortable with Epic EHR.

Salary range: $101,450 - $147,522.
