About the Role
Join PACS as a Physical Therapist – $65/hr PRN in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of physician referral to jumpstart the recovery process.
- Evidence-Based Treatment: Develop and implement individualized plans focused on strength, balance, pain management, and functional mobility.
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in direct patient care, ensuring strict adherence to the California State Practice Act.
- Interdisciplinary Synergy: Participate in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Review (UR) meetings to ensure seamless transitions and integrated care.
