Key Responsibilities

will provide patients with ongoing nutrition assessment and outcome-oriented nutrition counseling as necessary to assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal diabetes management.

provide medical nutrition therapy for pediatric patients in both the hospital and outpatient clinic settings.

implement appropriate targeted interventions and monitor and evaluate outcomes utilizing the Nutrition Care Pr.

Requirements

Experience Two years related paid clinical experience required as a Clinical Registered Dietitian with pediatric experience strongly preferred, diabetes management required.

Certification and Licensure Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed.

Pennsylvania State Licensure (LDN) required within 90 days of hire.
