Key Responsibilities

  • will provide patients with ongoing nutrition assessment and outcome-oriented nutrition counseling as necessary to assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal diabetes management.
  • provide medical nutrition therapy for pediatric patients in both the hospital and outpatient clinic settings.
  • implement appropriate targeted interventions and monitor and evaluate outcomes utilizing the Nutrition Care Pr.
  • provide patients with ongoing nutrition assessment and outcome-oriented nutrition counseling as necessary to.

Requirements

  • Experience Two years related paid clinical experience required as a Clinical Registered Dietitian with pediatric experience strongly preferred, diabetes management required.
  • Certification and Licensure Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed.
  • Pennsylvania State Licensure (LDN) required within 90 days of hire.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
