About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living.

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordanc.

• Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.

• Coordinate treatment plan with resident, family and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from and accredited program.

• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.

• Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.

• Current state licensure or license eligible.
