About the Role

Join Silver Hill Hospital as a Per Diem Weekend Social Worker - LMSW, LCSW, or LPC-A in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Works cohesively with other team members and is a contributor to the team; actively communicating with the Director of Social Work and other Social Workers, as needed.

Ensures care provided is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.

Holds self-accountable to helping the patient and family achieve desired results, understanding and identifying professional strengths, limitations, and challenges.

Requirements

the ability to function optimally in a stressful environment, and the ability to remain calm in emotionally charged situations.

Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Proficient in group work and family systems approaches.

Strong experience in comprehensive assessment within a mental health context.
