Key Responsibilities

Conduct admission and Biopsychosocial assessments using a standardized Biopsychosocial assessment designated.

Develop Wellness and Recovery Plans in collaboration with the consumer Conduct monthly Wellness and Recovery.

Provide individual and group counseling Provide risk reduction counseling, as needed Administer verbal repri.

Provide referral and linkage for ancillary services for the consumer and family, as needed.
