Requirements
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
- Current medical license in each state of practice.
- State Controlled Substance License (if required by State) Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances in each state of practice.
- Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada).
