Key Responsibilities

This role provides direct behavioral support to patients at risk of harm to self or others due to mental illness, operating under the direction of a registered nurse and leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining constant patient supervision, identifying behaviors requiring intervention, assisting in therapeutic activities, and documenting patient progress.
