About the Role

Join Covenant Health as a PHARMACIST in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial clinical medication counseling and regular patient reassessments in person to ensure appropriateness of specialty therapy and ongoing therapy management.
  • Collaborative Practice: Work in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Work in partnership with providers and clinical staff to integrate pharmacy services and coordinate care with eligible patients.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting.
