Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose substance use disorder and/or other co-occurring psychiatric disorders within scope of practice.
- Evaluate the health of patients and participate in the creation, updating, and reviewing of personalized treatment plans for all clients based on their recommended level of care.
- Provides individual and group treatment sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Completes documentation on all services rendered in a timely manner.
