About the Role

Join Olympia Fields Hospital as a Home Care Occupational Therapist – Part-Time in United States. Responsibilities Performs evaluations and re-evaluations on patients to establish plan of care and goals. Performs patient treatment per Occupational Therapy procedures of modalities, therapeutic exercise, ADL training and other accepted methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations on patients to establish plan of care and goals.

• Performs patient treatment per Occupational Therapy procedures of modalities, therapeutic exercise, ADL training and other accepted methods.

• Communicates pertinent information, verbally or written, to physician, other staff members and patients/caregivers.

• Supervises and directs Home Health Aide’s care in relationship to the patient’s rehab program.

Requirements

• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist.

• One (1) year recent clinical experience.
