Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing and approximately two or more years of clinical experience as an NP in a physician practice or hospital setting, preferably in a related specialty, though new graduates with relevant RN experience may be considered. Required credentials include an active NYS Registered Nurse Practitioner license, NYS Registered Professional Nurse license, applicable National Board Certification, current BLS (AHA), Infection Control Certificate, and current DEA registration.
