About the Role

Join Frederick Health as a Advance Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) – PRN “As Needed” Clinical Hospital Based Role - General Surgery in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care including histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and evidence

  • Counsel and educate patients and families using clear, compassionate, and culturally sensitive communication
  • Coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings to support continuity and optimal outcomes

Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner: Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Physician Assistant: Graduation from an accredited PA program
  • Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
