Key Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse Navigator is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

• Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.

• The Registered Nurse Navigator also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care within the Cancer Center.

• The Registered Nurse Navigator is responsible for providing warm line support and navigation services for clients served by Saint Michael Medical Center.

Requirements

• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.

• Current and valid state RN License 2.

• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $57.95 - $66.46/hr

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
