About the Role

This is a Manager position focused on Doula Enablement and Experience at Pomelo Care, a national leader in healthcare for women and children. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to doulas providing care to Pomelo members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and training for doulas.
• Manage communication and change management.
• Maintain doula handbook and quality standards.
• Monitor doula performance and provide coaching.
• Build community and support recruitment.

Requirements

• Prior healthcare or health tech experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change management and build relationships virtually.
