About the Role
This is a Manager position focused on Doula Enablement and Experience at Pomelo Care, a national leader in healthcare for women and children. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to doulas providing care to Pomelo members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design onboarding and training for doulas.
- Manage communication and change management.
- Maintain doula handbook and quality standards.

Requirements
