About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs).

Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) to support BT retention.

Conduct monthly client visits and ensure all oversight and management requirements are met.

Provide guidance and direction to supervisors and behavior technicians, approve program changes, and offer s.

Requirements

level Case Supervisors, as well as managing and guiding assigned cases. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
