Join HopeHealth as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) Per Diem in United States. About This Palliative Nurse Practitioner (NP) Position HopeHealth is seeking an experienced Palliative Nurse Practitioner for its affiliate HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care to treat patients inpatient and in the community. This is a per-diem position that is not eligible for benefits.

- Complete pain assessments and pain management recommendations for seriously ill adults.
- Assesses and makes recommendations to manage other non
- pain symptoms including nausea, fatigue, dyspnea, anxiety.
