Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.

• Must be licensed as a Pharmacist with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy.

• At least two years of inpatient, acute care experience as a pharmacist required.

• Within 6 months of hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
