Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of state
  • wide initiatives, including outcome measurement strategies for all social service programs.
  • Conduct program reviews and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care.
  • Offer clinical supervision for specialty programs and/or clinical interns, ensuring adherence to licensure

Requirements

  • Cal, CalAIM, and Medicaid billing standards.
  • Lead and coordinate divisional trainings on behavioral health best practices, compliance, and evidence
  • based interventions.
  • Provide group and individual training, user consultation, crisis intervention support, and analysis of training needs for staff and program leaders.

  • Salary: $100K - $125K

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
