Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of state
- wide initiatives, including outcome measurement strategies for all social service programs.
- Conduct program reviews and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care.
- Offer clinical supervision for specialty programs and/or clinical interns, ensuring adherence to licensure
Requirements
- Cal, CalAIM, and Medicaid billing standards.
- Lead and coordinate divisional trainings on behavioral health best practices, compliance, and evidence
- based interventions.
- Provide group and individual training, user consultation, crisis intervention support, and analysis of training needs for staff and program leaders.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $100K - $125K
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
