Job Description Join UChicago Medicine, as an Advanced Practice Provider in our Cardiac/Vascular Surgery Department. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you are responsible for comprehensive direct patient care management in the hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- will utilize advanced assessment skills and knowledge of clinical therapeutics to evaluate, diagnose and manage critically ill patients.
- will maintain continuity of patient care through patient follow-up, monitoring of patient progress and modifying plan of care as necessary for both cardiac surgery and vascular surgery inpatients.
- provide the highest level of care — they are also leaders in research who are developing new and better trea.
- manage critically ill patients.
Requirements
- Time (1.0) Shift: Rotating / 12
- hour Shifts / 3 days per week /4
- hours per week on call Unit/Department: Cardiac Support CBA Code: Non
