Key Responsibilities

• must be able to demonstrate active involvement of inpatient services, which included the care of at least 50 patients in the last 12 months.

• must be able to demonstrate active involvement in the care of at least 50 patients in clinical practice in the last 12 months.

• provide care to patients of all ages with infectious diseases of all types and in all organ systems.

• provide his/her fellowship log.

Requirements

• The applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement of inpatient services, which included the care of at least 50 patients in the last 12 months.

• OR If a quality profile is not available from the hospital(s) where the applicant currently has privileges, documentation of the applicant’s clinic activity for the last 12 months is required.
