Benefits & Compensation

• A PRN 1099 position, compensation will be based on productivity, either percentage of insurance reimbursement or mutually agreed flat rate per visit.

• License/Certification: License to practice in Georgia (Required).

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• No call required.
