About the Role

Join Wooster Community Hospital as a Occupational Therapist – PRN, Acute Care in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to determine occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' functional goals and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient recovery.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience working in an acute care hospital or outpatient settings.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.

Work Schedule

  • Per Diem position.
  • Flexible scheduling available.
