Lead the medication management of cancer care patients through compounding, dispensing, clinical verification and counselling.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment;

Deliver patient centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.

Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient

specific recommendations.

Requirements

Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
