Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist will provide therapy services by evaluating patients, establishing and implementing functional treatment plans, and providing patient education and necessary equipment training. This role also involves observing, documenting treatment intervention results, and modifying the treatment plan as needed while providing age-specific direct patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a required license as either a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist, along with a required Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Two years of clinical experience in Occupational Therapy is preferred, with lymphedema experience also being preferred.
