- Licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (LSW, LPC, LCSW) Bachelor's degree:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a recognized clinical discipline including social work, psychology, rehabilitation or activity therapies.
- Graduate degree in clinical discipline with 12 graduate level credits in mental health or counseling from an accredited program.
