Physician Associate Medical Director Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Exempt Location: Chicago, IL (Travel Required Across Illinois Health Centers) Planned Parenthood of Illinois (PPIL) is seeking a Physician Associate Medical Director to join our Medical Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration & Medical Staff Leadership (30%) Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinically licensed professionals in collaboration with the CMO and Program Directors.

• Lead quality improvement and risk management projects, setting measurable outcome goals.

• Oversee provider training programs, including curriculum development and competency validation.

• Serve as Program Director for Clinical Programs and Research.

Requirements

• Organizational Leadership & Strategy (10%) Contribute to long‑term strategic planning for clinical service sustainability.

• Represent PPIL in external partnerships and clinical forums.

• Support workforce succession planning and leadership development.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $260,000 to $300,000 annually.

• Full-time position.
