About the Role

Join Planned Parenthood of Illinois as a Physician Associate Medical Director in United States. Physician Associate Medical Director Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Exempt Location: Chicago, IL (Travel Required Across Illinois Health Centers) Planned Parenthood of Illinois (PPIL) is seeking a Physician Associate Medical Director to join our Medical Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Medical Staff Leadership (30%) Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinically licensed professionals in collaboration with the CMO and Program Directors.

Lead quality improvement and risk management projects, setting measurable outcome goals.

Oversee provider training programs, including curriculum development and competency validation.

Serve as Program Director for Clinical Programs and Research.

Requirements

-, risk mitigation, and clinical performance with organizational goals.

Organizational Leadership & Strategy (10%) Contribute to long‑term strategic planning for clinical service sustainability.

Represent PPIL in external partnerships and clinical forums.

Support workforce succession planning and leadership development.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $260,000 to $300,000 annually.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
