Requirements

  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, food service management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in menu planning, nutritional analysis, or dietetics in a commercial, military, or institutional food service environment.
  • Proficiency in menu planning software such as Food Service Management (FSM) or equivalent systems.
  • Strong understanding of nutritional standards and meal composition in accordance with DoD or similar food service regulations.
