AG7 is a 24-bed post-surgical care unit that is dedicated to providing high quality compassionate care to a diverse adult and geriatric patient population. Most patients that are admitted to AG7 are planned elective surgeries.

Requirements

• relative to his/her age-specific needs and to provide the care needs as described in the department policy and procedures.

• Zero to two years of experience.

• Ability to establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers, physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff, other departments, and patients/families.

• Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities and specialized equipment.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Night or evening shifts may be required.

• Flexible scheduling available.
