Key Responsibilities

Performs physical examination followed by development and implementation of a plan of care with full

service treatment for work

related injuries of firefighters.

Interface and collaborate with the PFDHWC medical team and referring physicians regarding firefighters’ overall plan of care, reassessments, and work status/goals.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Arizona.

Five years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient sports medicine/orthopedic clinic.

Current BLS certification.

Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with clinicians, patients and other healthcare providers.
