Key Responsibilities

• Performs physical examination followed by development and implementation of a plan of care with full

• service treatment for work

• related injuries of firefighters.

• Interface and collaborate with the PFDHWC medical team and referring physicians regarding firefighters’ overall plan of care, reassessments, and work status/goals.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Arizona.

• Five years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient sports medicine/orthopedic clinic.

• Current BLS certification.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with clinicians, patients and other healthcare providers.
