Key Responsibilities
- Performs physical examination followed by development and implementation of a plan of care with full
- service treatment for work
- related injuries of firefighters.
- Interface and collaborate with the PFDHWC medical team and referring physicians regarding firefighters’ overall plan of care, reassessments, and work status/goals.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Arizona.
- Five years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient sports medicine/orthopedic clinic.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with clinicians, patients and other healthcare providers.
