About the Role
Join Morgan Medical Center as a Occupational Therapist – Part-Time, Sign-On Bonus in United States. Join a dynamic therapy team providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals across acute, observation, and swing‑bed levels. Our Occupational Therapists work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, post‑operative, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and conditions.
- Provide hands
- on therapy sessions and instruct patients in exercises and activities to enhance their functional skills.
Requirements
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in the United States.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience working with diverse patient populations in clinical settings.
