About the Role

Join Morgan Medical Center as a Occupational Therapist – Part-Time, Sign-On Bonus in United States. Join a dynamic therapy team providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals across acute, observation, and swing‑bed levels. Our Occupational Therapists work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, post‑operative, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex patients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and conditions.

Provide hands

on therapy sessions and instruct patients in exercises and activities to enhance their functional skills.

Requirements

Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in the United States.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Experience working with diverse patient populations in clinical settings.
