time providers seeing assisted living facility (ALF) and home patients will be expected to see an average of 40 patients per week. All full

call rotation as needed. JOB

Requirements

Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited PA or NP program, possess appropriate state licensure, prescriptive authorization, APN authorization and meet credentialing requirements.

Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Maintain a current and valid driver’s license, have access to a reliable form of transportation and be willing to drive in various weather conditions.

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
