About the Role

The STAR Program at WellPower in Denver, Colorado, provides behavioral health crisis response with a team including EMT/Paramedic and Behavioral Health Clinician. The role involves responding to mental health 911 calls to de-escalate and connect individuals to services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop crisis safety plans.
  • Provide psychological consultation during calls.
  • Coordinate client care with community resources.
  • Maintain clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and supervision.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Current Colorado license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or on licensure track.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record.
