Requirements

• Qualifications Required Experience with counseling/therapy for individuals, couples and groups.

• Licenses Required Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system.

• The eCredential is to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Current license to practice as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of Utah.
