Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy via video, audio, or text-based chat through the Talkspace platform.
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ability to provide culturally competent care to diverse client populations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage client sessions, notes, and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license in your state of residence in the USA (e. g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).
- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
