Join MONARCH as a Behavioral Health Therapist – Remote, M-F Schedule in United States. Make a Difference in Someone’s Life! At Monarch, we work together to provide life-changing care in communities across North Carolina and Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals of all ages using person

centered philosophies and best practices in all service delivery.

Provide expertise in assessing psychiatric crises and crisis intervention while working closely with psychiatrists.

Maintain necessary medical records in compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Human Services and hold a relevant clinical license such as Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Counseling or therapy experience is listed as not required, but maintaining licensure and attending ongoing training is mandatory.
