- Determines if home environment is safe and appropriate for provision of home health services.
- Demonstrates ability to interpret data about patients status.
- Assesses patients physical, functional and psychosocial status.
Requirements
- Experience Minimum two (2) years of speech-language pathology experience.
- Education Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology from American Speech/Language/Hearing Association Educational standards board accredited program.
- Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under supervision of a licensed speech/language pathologist.
