Key Responsibilities

How you’ll be there for students: Use standardized diagnostic tests, observations, and interviews to assess communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language.

Determine student eligibility for special education services under the "Speech or Language Impairment" category as defined by IDEA.

Interprets diagnostic tests, identifies strengths and weaknesses in areas of speech/language skills and generates reports providing feedback to parents and when applicable, school personnel.

Requirements

Language Pathology required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech

public school settings across the city of Philadelphia (Elementary and High School) Pay Rate USD $65.00
