Key Responsibilities

NP will be responsible for care of maximum of 8

9 pts a day

NP will be responsible for treatment plan and reviewing all collateral information and communication with the families and outpatient teams for each patient day of or within the first 24

NP will also be responsible for at least 1

Requirements

All annual mandatory trainings as directed by the system will have to be maintained and reported to MD

NP will be responsible for providing PTO requests at least 2

4 weeks in advance to Medical Director for approval and be responsible for formal request on UKG Requirements

Certification in psychiatric ARNP/D
