About the Role

Join 1267407 Alberta Ltd. as a Nurse Practitioner in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will work collaboratively with the patients, family physicians, other team members to provide comprehensive care to patients of the New Canadians Health Centre.

will assess patients, as well as develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients both directly and indirectly.

will work to full scope of practice as an autonomous primary health care provider with an emphasis on providing evidence-based care, education, and guidance to patients with chronic disease, as well as supporting the successful transition of patients to community practices.

provide comprehensive care to patients of the New Canadians Health Centre.

Requirements

Master’s or equivalent in Nursing

Minimum of three (3) years or more of related experience

Advanced skills in caring for patient with chronic, complex, and/or specialized needs

Current BLS CPR is required
