About the Role
Join American Addiction Centers as a Social Worker, MSW, Atrium Health Pineville, FT, Days in United States. Department: 11200 Atrium Health Pineville - Case Management Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with occasional weekends and Holidays requirements. Pay Range $30.
Requirements
- 05 Essential Functions Completes psychosocial assessments for the patient's post hospital care for designated patients and their support system.
- Assists patients in coping with stress related to hospitalization, disability, chronic/terminal illness.
- Works with the Clinical Care Management team to assess and evaluate the patient for the appropriate level of care or environment setting to meet care needs across the continuum.
- Serves as a resource to hospital staff and physicians regarding emotional, social, and psychosocial components of the patient's illness and its effects on their social support system.

- Hourly rate: $46.05/hr.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
