About the Role
Join Springfield Clinic as a Radiologist Services Coordinator – Springfield, IL in Springfield, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Create/maintain the provider's schedule and coordinate coverage to ensure all shifts are staffed/appropriate coverage.
- Work with Program Coordinator at HSHS for coordinating resident activities, including scheduling, rotations, and administrative support
- Oversee daily radiology operations by addressing workflow issues, coverage gaps, and schedule changes
- Maintain working knowledge of radiology exams, procedures, and interpretation workflows
Requirements
- Requires one (1) of the following: RDMS; ARRT(MRI); ARRT(CT) and IEMA; CNMT (NMTCB), PET (NMTCB), and IEMA; or CNMT (NMTCB) and IEMA Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to present oneself and one's ideas with clarity, confidence and pride.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, practice management systems, business management tools, budgeting and project leadership/management.
- Strong analytical abilities, strong communicator and able to work with little or no supervision in order to carry out the practice goals and objectives.
