About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a Nurse Manager - Operating Room in United States. Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital and St. Francis Hospital, both members of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our Surgical Services department.

Key Responsibilities

include: Develops and achieves unit-based goals and objectives in conjunction with Department of Nursing goals and objectives.

Sets and maintains high standards for patient care delivery.

Incorporates staff in the implementation of unit goals/objectives.

Sets and maintains clear expectations for staff.

Requirements
